Check in time at the hotel is 4:00 p.m. In the event guest needs the room ready prior the arrival time, guest will need to make the reservation from the night before.
Check Out time is 11:00 a.m. In the event a later check out is needed applicable charges will apply.
Parrot Key has a minimum age requirement of 25 years to reserve a room. Upon check-in this will be confirmed by photo ID. Guests beneath the age of 25 must be accompanied by a guest 25 years or older during the full course of their stay. Parties unaccompanied by an adult of 25 years or older may be asked to leave at any time during their stay.
Parrot Key Resort is a 100% smoke free resort, both indoors and property-wide. Failure to comply with this policy subjects the guest to a $250.00 per day fee.

- Food and Beverage sales tax is 7.5%
- Parrot Key Resort charges a $25.00 per night resort fee
- The local applicable hotel sales tax is 12.5%
- Food and Beverage: Due to licensing requirements and for quality control, all food and beverage served at Hotel must be supplied and prepared by Hotel.
Parrot Key Resort does not provide security in the function space and all personal property left in the function space is at the sole risk of the owner. The customer should advise its guests that they are responsible for safekeeping of their personal property. The hotel may reasonably require the customer to retain security personnel in order to safeguard guests or property in the hotel. Security personnel are not authorized to carry firearms without advance Hotel approval.
Hotel may provide, or contract with third parties to provide, ancillary services (e.g., A/V, drayage, florists, and exhibitors) to Customer for additional charges. Except with respect to certain services (e.g., rigging services), Customer may use its own vendors for such services provided that Customer’s proposed vendors meet minimum standards established by Hotel, including insurance and indemnification requirements.
Outdoor Complex Set-Up Charges:
All outdoor functions are subject to set-up charges (plus all applicable taxes) that cover Hotel’s costs associated with cleaning, set-up and overall maintenance of the outdoor area, and are not tips, gratuities, or service charges for employees.

Located on five acres of tropical gardens in Key West, our resort and hotel is an exclusive, lushly landscaped haven that offers first class accommodations unmatched in the Florida Keys. Designed with both function and beauty in mind, the resort is tucked away in its own private paradise within just minutes of the world famous nightlife, dining and shopping of Duval Street, sunsets on Mallory Square, and the charming Key West historic district. Each guestroom, 1 or 2 bedroom suite, or 3-bedroom villa features colorful interiors with original art, cool tropical colors and brightly painted wooden furniture, which add to the charming décor. In the 1-2 bedroom suites, and 3-bedroom villas, a separate living room area will invite socializing with comfortable, overstuffed seating and a mini fridge and dry bar area. All rooms are equipped with hair dryers.

Parrot Key Hotel and Resort provides wireless (Wi-Fi) high speed Internet access property-wide, allowing guests to use their laptops to go online virtually anywhere, whether they are poolside or enjoying their shady waterview porch. All hotel rooms feature 27-inch flat screen TVs. Suites feature 27-inch flat screen TVs in the bedrooms and a 42-inch flat screen TV in the living room.
We also offer an onsite business center for use of a computer with Internet, and a printer.
