74 classic, Key West Conch-style style townhomes are elegantly appointed and feature one, two and three bedroom and 3½ baths and shady front and back porches. Each spacious three story, two and a half bedrooms and three and a half bath townhome comes with the finest appointments, including custom wood cabinetry, fine wood base and crown molding, granite countertops, designer stainless steel appliances and ceramic tile throughout. Our third floor features an additional living space dedicated to state-of-the-art multi-media and entertainment equipment. Included in the entertainment room is a HDTV, three gaming systems and sound system.
