Two fabulous shows open today in Key West, and you’re not going to want to miss either one of them! Then this evening at 5:00 pm, mosey on down to the Key West Art Center, a non-profit community art gallery located at 301 Front Street for “Cabrera & Varela — Historic Art & Poetry.” Enjoy the combined works of painter, Linda Cabrera, and poet, J.M. Varela. An opening reception from will go from 5 – 8 p.m., with Comparsa dancing at 7 p.m and readings by poet J.M. Varela.
